Current News:

• Mailbox Enclosure: Construction of the new enclosure for the community mailboxes is underway.
• Landscaping Services: The neighborhood landscaping contract has been moved over to MHI Landscaping as of 9/1/2026. MHI will be working over the course of the next few months to bring the neighborhood back to its full potential.

Upcoming Projects:

• Front Entrance Fence: We are looking for community volunteers to help repair and paint the fence at the front entrance of Apple Creek. If you are interested in helping, please contact the HOA.
