Apple Creek Village HOA is governed by a five-member Board of Directors in accordance with the HOA’s governing documents. Cedar Management Group supports the Board with finances, legal matters, and covenant enforcement. The Board focuses on responsible management of community funds and enforcing covenants to maintain neighborhood standards and support property values.

The Board of Directors is selected by the community homeowners at the annual budget meeting. Positions are elected on a rotating basis to provide continuity from year to year.
